SERVICE NOTICES

Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Last Updated: September 5, 2026
Version: 1.0

These Service Notices provide additional information concerning the operation and use of the AnnexusX Services ("Services").

These Service Notices are incorporated into and should be read together with the Company's Terms & Conditions.

Capitalized terms not defined in these Service Notices have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions.

If a conflict or inconsistency exists between these Service Notices and the Terms & Conditions or Privacy & Data Policy, the order-of-precedence provisions in Article 1 of the Terms & Conditions apply.

ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTABLE USE

Use of the Services is subject to the Acceptable Use requirements contained in Article 7 of the Terms & Conditions.

Users must use the Services lawfully and in a manner that does not threaten the security, integrity, availability, or lawful operation of the Services or violate the rights of others.

The Company may investigate suspected violations and take enforcement action in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Service Notices expands or limits the Acceptable Use requirements established in the Terms & Conditions.

ARTICLE 2 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services rely on Third-Party Services in two distinct ways.

Services the User Connects

A User may authorize connections to Third-Party Services, including Google Account authentication and User-authorized connections to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts.

These connections are initiated or authorized by the User and remain subject to the applicable provider's own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and other requirements.

Third-Party Services connected by a User operate independently from the Company. The Company does not own or control those services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality, security, compatibility, pricing, policies, or operation.

A User-connected Third-Party Service may change, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or modify its products, interfaces, permissions, APIs, or technical requirements at any time. Such changes may affect related Product Features within AnnexusX.

The Company may modify, restrict, suspend, replace, or discontinue an integration or affected Product Feature where reasonably necessary because of a Third-Party Service change, security requirement, legal obligation, technical limitation, or operational need.

Users remain responsible for complying with the terms applicable to Third-Party Services they choose to connect to the Services.

Services the Company Uses to Operate AnnexusX

The Company relies on third-party providers for functions such as cloud infrastructure, hosting, content delivery, security, communications, and, where offered, payment processing or other operational services.

These providers are selected by the Company and may process information on the Company's behalf in accordance with applicable agreements and law.

Current material providers and their general roles are identified in the Service Providers and Subprocessors Disclosure.

ARTICLE 3 – OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE

The Services may incorporate or rely upon open-source software distributed under separate open-source licenses.

Ownership of open-source software remains with its applicable copyright holders and contributors.

Nothing in the Terms & Conditions or these Service Notices limits or modifies rights granted under an applicable open-source license.

Where required by an applicable open-source license, copyright notices, attribution information, license terms, and other required notices will be made available through the Company's published open-source notices at:

https://annexusx.com/legal/open-source-software

ARTICLE 4 – THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Names, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, content, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

References to Third-Party products, companies, or services within AnnexusX are provided for identification, compatibility, integration, or informational purposes.

Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, approval, or affiliation with the Company unless expressly stated.

ARTICLE 5 – EVOLVING SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGIES

The Services may evolve over time as the Company develops, improves, secures, maintains, or modifies AnnexusX.

The Company may introduce, modify, replace, integrate, suspend, or discontinue technologies, infrastructure, integrations, Product Features, or supporting services in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

References to particular technologies, providers, integrations, or technical approaches describe the Services as applicable at the time of publication and do not guarantee that a particular provider, technology, integration, or implementation will remain in use indefinitely.

Material changes affecting the Company's processing of personal information will be addressed through the Privacy & Data Policy and Service Providers and Subprocessors Disclosure as applicable.

ARTICLE 6 – BETA, PREVIEW, AND EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES

Beta, preview, early-access, testing, experimental, and similar Product Features are governed by the applicable provisions of the Terms & Conditions.

Such Product Features may be incomplete, change substantially, operate differently from generally available Product Features, or be discontinued.

Nothing in these Service Notices creates an obligation for the Company to release, continue, or make generally available any beta, preview, experimental, or other pre-release Product Feature.

ARTICLE 7 – CHANGES TO THESE SERVICE NOTICES

The Company may update these Service Notices from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, applicable law, Third-Party Services, Company practices, or operational requirements.

Because these Service Notices are incorporated into the Terms & Conditions, material changes are subject to the notice provisions contained in Article 17 of the Terms & Conditions.

The Effective Date and Last Updated date identify when the current version became effective and when it was most recently revised.
